What insurance do you take?

Premera and Aetna. All other insurances can be billed as out-of-network; I provide superbills on request.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I charge a $60 fee for all clients who no-show, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. I will forgive one late fee per client per rolling 12-month period.

What if I can’t pay?

I’m happy to make temporary alternate financial arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Talk to me and we’ll figure it out.
