  • You could write a dissertation on what’s wrong; fixing it is the problem.

  • You’re neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, trauma) or disabled, high-masking, and exhausted.

I’m not the therapist for you if:

  • You’re unsatisfied with your life and don’t know why.

  • You need a calm and steady ear to listen while you vent.
